Those who have taken the HSSC or an equivalent examination and are awaiting result are also eligible to apply.
After completion of the application process, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic performance.
The merit list will be displayed on the website and the selected candidates will be informed through website/notice board.
Gujrat Institute of Management Sciences (GIMS) has revised various scholarship schemes from Fall-2026 to onward (only for few students) till further approval from BOG. The scholarship schemes have been classified into two major categories.
Merit scholarship will be awarded on the basis of marks gained in the last degree. The criteria are given below:

Concessions available to siblings of currently enrolled students and GIMS graduates:
20% tuition fee concession is awarded to the first admitted sibling of currently active students.
20% tuition fee concession is awarded to siblings of GIMS alumni and graduates.
Teacher Son/Daughter scholarship will be awarded to those students whose parents are government teachers. Beneficiaries will be awarded a 25% scholarship on tuition fee.
This will be awarded to those students whose parents are serving in the government sector. Beneficiaries will receive a 25% scholarship on tuition fee.
This will be awarded to those students who pass the Talent Hunt Scholarship Test conducted prior to every session. Scholarships are awarded based on test results.
These policy rules apply for Fall-2026 admissions only and supersede all previous rules on the subject.
